Earthy, classic, savoury.
This 61-acre Lake Country estate focuses on Pinot Noir and fresh whites.
This vintage is showing some age in it's colour and its notes of dried cherries, prune, molasses, soy sauce and balsamic. Fresh and earthy with flavours to mimic the nose, it is savoury herbal and spiced with good freshness and tealeaf flavours training on the finish.
Pair: mushroom wellington, grilled salmon, grilled beet and goat cheese salads.


Pairs great with Gone Crackers Undressed.
