The flagship white wine for Clos du Soleil is a version of Bordeaux blanc, combining Sauvignon Blanc with Semillon.
It is chic and restrained with lanolin, mineral, lemon rind and honey, pine resin and starfruit aromas. It has an earthy and savoury character with bold citrus atop herbal flavours. Focused and precise, with a slightly oily texture and good persistence.
