Sweet, potent, fresh.
Grown in the soils of the South Okanagan, this ripe Viognier leads with peach jam, ginger syrup and exotic spice aromas that are underscored by lime and pencil shavings. The palate is sweet and slick, it has notable concentration and peachy flavours are layered with spice. Quite lengthy and potent but with pleasing freshness, it's a wine to pair with rich flavourful foods or those heavily scented with spice.
