This small production Similkameen Valley winery is owned by Tim and Caroline Cottrill, who make wine from their own certified organic estate fruit.
This charming 2020 Pinot Noir leads with muddled raspberry and blueberry aromas, which are woven with vanilla, star anise, candied violets, paprika, fresh soil and a whiff of apricot. It's a fresh and youthful red with red and purple fruit flavours dotted with fine spice, leather and cedar. Lovely purity here.
