Pronounced Pe-tri-kawr, which means the pleasant, earthy smell after rain, this BC Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Southern Okanagan and falls under VMF and Artisan Wine Company.
Notes of lemonpeel and crushed stones, wildflowers, stonefruit, gooseberry and snap peas along with wild herbs. It's a zesty white with plenty of crisp white fruit and citrus flavours to echo the nose. Refreshing and approachable.
