Elegant, zesty, finesse.
From the Meyer Family Estate steep southerly aspect McLean Creek Road vineyard in Okanagan Falls, this Chardonnay was grown in sandy and gravel loam soils. It was fermented in stainless steel before being moved to French oak barrels (22% new) for 11 months.
Toasted hazelnuts and browned butter, yellow apples, melon rind and grilled lemons are underscored by hay, vanilla and oak spice. It's a lively and fresh bottle with finesse and a pristine character. Wonderful juxtaposition between creamy and zesty it's an elegant Chardonnay overall.
