Singular, creamy, dry.
For an unoaked Pinot Gris/Grigio, Noble Ridge's version has notable heft and creamy notes. Born on the Noble Ridge estate in Okanagan Falls, the 2019 offers creamed yellow fruit, honeysuckle, grilled lemon and heady floral aromas. Weight and complexity present, it also has a spiced element along with flavours of tree fruit and sour orange. Dry, balanced and persistent, it's a singular version in the BC Pinot Gris/Grigio category.
