Consistent, slick, racy.
This well-loved and racy Riesling from Barossa's high elevation (440-490MASL) Eden Valley is not only consistent but sets the bar high on the Riesling front. It's famous bowl-shaped vineyard was planted more than 175 years ago.
Light straw in colour it suggests lime, green apples, peach stone, wild flowers and marmalade. The palate is snappy with lime, stony mineral and crunchy green apple flavours, which echo the nose. It has nice levity and a racy focused finish.
Perfect with saag paneer and parantha, pakoras and Indian pickle, salads, creamy sauces and shelllfish.
Spicy Food, GONE CRACKERS, Seafood/Shellfish, White Meat Chicken/Pork, Appetizers
