Savoury, sturdy, fresh.
Made from 40+-year-old vines on the estate vineyard located in Osoyoos, the grapes were fermented in stainless and the wine was aged entirely in new and neutral American oak for 16 months.
Forest berries and plummy notes are layered with cocoa nibs, espresso, charred cedar, toasted spice, leather and tobacco. It has notable acidity and a mix of charred spices, wild herbs and tangy red fruit flavours. The tannins are chalky and the finish trails cocoa and coffee.
