Harmonious, silky, juicy.
Monte del Fra is located in Custoza, only 15km from Lake Garda near Verona and the Lena di Mezzo is an entirely terraced estate of 18 hectares that lies in the hilly heart of Fumane. It is comprised of clay and limestone soils.
A classic blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella the 2016 suggests black cherry and star anise, coffee, dried plums, leather, vanilla and balsamic aromas. It has a silky palate withopulent dried fruit brown spices, espresso and black chocolate flavours. It's juicy and affluent, harmonious and persistent.
