Crunchy, dry, spritzy.
This cuvee close (or charmat method) sparkling from Mill Bay (in the Cowichan Valley sub-GI) on southern Vancouver Island and suggests crunchy yellow and white tree fruits and citrus, a hint of nuts and dried flowers with leesy undertones. The palate is pristine, dry and spritzy with a lively and fresh character.
A charming bubbly.
