Consistent, pristine, juicy.
Having pioneered a new winemaking region in British Columbia, Fort Berens estate is in Lillooet, in the Fraser Canyon. Wines are made from their own vineyards, but are sometimes blended with Okanagan Valley fruit.
The Gris is consistently well handled and 2020 Gris boasts fresh green pears and grapefruit, dried flowers and wet stone aromas. It's also a pristine wine, juicy and zesty with a lovely pear flavoured finish.
Pair: chicken salad, mushroom dishes and oily fish dishes.
