Toasted freshness, balance.
Here is a stunning bottle with a pretty glass stopper filled with Chardonnay from the Sud de France. Toasted nuts and pineapple chunks, yellow apples, vanilla and wildflower aromas lead to a fresh palate. Spice, toasted nuts and sweet yellow fruit flavours dominate. It has nice levity and balance with good length.
Pair with roast chicken, oily fish, creamy pastas and smoked cheeses.
