Pristine, tangy, nervy.
This well-loved and racy Riesling from Barossa's high elevation Eden Valley is not only consistent but sets the bar high with green apple and peach stone, honey and wildflowers, marmalade and lime aromas. Dry and crunchy, citrus flavours dominate the palate and it has some phenolic texture on the finish.
Nervy, precise and pristine. So on point.
Perfect with saag paneer and parantha, pakoras and Indian pickle... or a load of other starters, salads, creamy sauces and fish.


Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
