This vintage, a blend of 61% Sauvignon Blanc and 39% Semillon this classic Bordeaux blend was partially fermented in stainless steel and oak puncheons, then aged on lees in both oak and stainless.
Gooseberry and sweaty passionfruit, elderflower, crushed stone, lime, green apple and snap pea aromas lead to a juicy and mineral-laden palate. Lovely balance, it's dry and slick with a creamy edge and persistent tangy finish.
Pair: oysters and other seafood, white meats, appetizers or cheese platters.
