Fleshy, fresh, crunchy.
Located in Okanagan Falls, Liquidity has established itself as a stunning destination for food, wine and art. Made from estate grown clone 642 Viognier this version delivers gala apples and honeysuckle, faint spice, white raisins, orange blossoms and apricot aromas. The palate is fleshy but not flabby (which Viogniers can be) with crunchy tree fruit flavours woven with spice and citrus. A cooler-climate, this 2021 version is more fresh than exotic.
