Purity, racy, complex
Gathering an increasing number of accolades and awards for their traditional method bubbles, Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards, located on the Greata Ranch estate makes (among others) this 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs that was aged 36 months sur lie in bottle

Classically styled it doles out bold lemony notes woven with bread dough, yellow apples, crushed stone and acacia flowers. Beautifully balanced and dry it is underscored by crunchy white fruits, lemon and leesy flavours. Nice purity and length with persistent bubbles.
