Fizzy, tropical, honeyed
The Similkameen's original winery, Crowsnest Vineyards is a second generation Heincke family-run estate.
It's been a decade or longer since I've tried their wines and I have to say I was delighted to receive a box of samples to see what's happening with the wine program.

This frizzante (lighly sparkling) aromatic offers classic notes of rose petals and peaches, lychee, mango, honey and Turkish Delight. It's a sweet fizzy with honeyed flavours melded with tropical fruits and exotic spice. A lengthy finish features a citrus snap.
