New, fresh, balanced.
Made in West Kelowna with grapes from East Kelowna this Chardonnay was aged in stainless and oak barrel for seven months with lees stirring. Tender Hope also makes a sparkling and wines (Roussanne and a Syrah) with grapes sourced from vineyards in the Columbia Valley, in Washington State.
It delivers nutty and buttery aromas layered with spiced apple cider, toasted baguette, lemon and vague earthy undertones. Tangy and balanced with good focus, it's more a fresh style than creamy.
