Concentrated, lush, classic.
Made in West Kelowna, from grapes sourced from two vineyards in the Columbia Valley, in Washington State, this Roussanne was fermented in neutral oak barrels and aged on lees in French oak for 7 months, stirred once per week. Roussanne produces a fuller-bodied style of white with medium acidity and higher alcohol, in general and this is a classic example; lemon wax, applesauce, pine, melon, vanilla and faint smokey aromas lead to a palate that is concentrated and powerful with a creamy weight. Luscious honey, golden fruits and pine resin flavours lead to a spicy finish with faint mineral notes.
