Zesty, singular, concentrated.
Slovakia-born owner and winemaker of Winemaker's Cut, Michal Mosny says :Our Bohemian label wines exemplify the uniqueness of single vineyard blends from the Okanagan Valley. Only our best barrels make the cut, so they’re made in extremely small quantities.
This singular Riesling has distinctive earthy and leesy notes alongside grilled lemons and dried flowers, dandelion and bruised apricots. It's a zesty wine with good weight and concentration dry and snappy but with a sort of slippery/creamy edge. The finish trails lime and green apple flavours.
