Fresh, supple, approachable.
Made by the family Montes of Chile, Kaiken comes from Mendoza estates located in Agrelo and Vistalba. The wines are hand harvested and small tank fermented with 6 months of French oak ageing.
Smoked meat and dried violets, roasted herbs and pepper spices are elevated by aromas of blackberry, high-toned cherry and licorice. It's a pretty red; fresh, supple and approachable with black and red berry flavors melded with charred cocoa nibs and toasted spice.
