NEW, zippy, fruity.
A new traditional method bubbly made from Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir is labeled as a dynamic cuvee, and is still pending availability in Canada.
It has a pink colour with golden glints and fine-medium bubbles. Fresh and fruity on the nose, it offers honey, tree fruits and peach blossoms. The palate is zippy with a kiss of sweetness and a creamy edge. A straightforward bubbly with medium complexity, and is easy to drink.
