Fresh, supple, balanced.
This new to BC Margaret River Chardy spent 8 months in new and partially seasoned French oak barriques.
It features aromas of marmalade spread on butter biscuits and creamy yellow fruits, faint spice wet stone and honey aromas. A creamy palate is juxtaposed with lively acidity; toasted oak, grilled lemon and marzipan flavours dominate. Fresh and supple.
