Organic, floral, fresh.
Made entirely from Chardonnay grown in Osoyoos, this organic sparkling was matured in bottle on lees for several years prior to release.
It is floral and fresh with honey and crisp yellow apple aromas, which are layered with faint notes of lemon and nuts. The leesy nutty character is echoed on the palate. It has good concentration but sparse bubbles.
