Peppery, fresh, berries.
Blended with 5% Viognier, this Syrah doles out aromas of fresh wild red berries, cedar chips and smoked paprkia, fine white pepper and leather. It is fresh, showing a slightly leaner palate than the previous vintage. Flavours of wild red berries, red plums and peppery spices line the palate and it has a tart finish with tobacco lingering. Pair:BBQ veg, grilled meats, cheese fondue, game birds.

Rich Meats , Barbeque, Cheese - Semi Hard / Medium , French Food
