Creamy, fine, fleshy
Michel Loriot's 100% Pinot Meunier bubble is a rarity among Champagne, where the variety is generally a third wheel in the blend if used at all.
Because it is a blanc de noirs (white from black) it's a golden hue with creamy lemony notes along with red apple peel and small tangy berries and warm apple sauce and toasted nuts. Lovely weight, fine bubbles and a fantastic fleshy rounded mouthfeel.
