Mission Hill Family Estate's limited release Bin 88 wines are from individual blocks within the estate's vineyards.
A decidedly savoury wine with aromas of grilled meat, spice rub featuring black pepper, dark cocoa, leather and espresso, which is rounded out with dusty plums and blackberries. It is redolent with oak spices, coffee grounds and bittersweet chocolate. The fruit shines primarily on the supple entry, it is potent and masculine with good acidity to keep it in check. It has a grippy finish.
