Spicy, smooth, cocoa.
A premium level of wine for Evolve, the Elevate might not make its appearance each vintage.
It has a spicy and tart demeanor; dark cocoa, espresso, sweet blackberries, iodine and leather dominate the nose. The palate mirrors the nose and is spicy and wild with leather and bittersweet chocolate on the finish. Medium-length and smooth overall.
