Dry, smooth, smoky.
This rusty-apricot shaded blend of Gamay, Malbec and Pinot Blanc offers smoked cherries, and charred orange peel, applesauce and wild strawberry. Dry and smooth it tastes like it smalls, there's a charred green and slightly bitter quality to the finish. It has some structure to stand up to grilled foods of all sorts.
