Smooth, peppery, appealing.

Wynns is a historic and well regarded estate founded and pioneered by John Riddoch who first planted vines in 1896.
This delicious Shiraz offers an appealing melange of mixed dark wild berries, black cherry, sweet vanilla and a layer of white pepper and savoury herbs. The palate is generous and smoothly textured, flavoured with cherry, spice and mocha anchored by an earthy/mineral core.
Pair with hearty vegetarian stews, game or grilled flank steak.
