Singular, complex, succulent.
The grapes for this wine hail from Custoza, only 15km from Lake Garda near Verona. It is a very unique blend of Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Tocai Friulano, Cortese and Chardonnay, Riesling Italico and Malvasia from a vineyard more than 40 years old.
It has a citrine-hue and singular aromas of warm croissants, grilled Meyer lemons, warmed peaches in honey and lanolin. Rich and dry, weighty and plush is it complex and succulent with a bergamot tea finish.
Pair: Oysters, sushi, sashimi, white meats and glazed duck.
