Delightful, bouncy, structure.
An utterly delightful rose (chiaretto is the local term for rose) with a powdery pink salmon hue and aromas leaning toward tart red berries, peach stone, rhubarb and mineral/stony notes. It is bouncy and bright but with enough tannic structure to add backbone and complexity. An all around solid rose, made for food.
