Straightforward, modern, raspberry.
A straightforward Pinot Noir, which doles out raspberry, sweet Maraschino cherry vanilla and baking spices. It is smooth on the palate with cedar, tealeaf and fine spice flavours supported by powdery tannins.
Made for foods such as rich fish, wild mushroom pastas, smoked sausage, turkey.

Rich Meats , Cheese - Semi Hard / Medium , White Meat Chicken/Pork, French Food
