Fragrant, polished, juicy.
Border Vines is Moon Curser's Meritage or Bordeaux cuvee, which in 2022 is made from Petit Verdot and Merlot with the addition of the Cabernets: Franc and Sauvignon.
Always fragrant, the 2022 stays true with notes of purple fruits and flowers, white pepper and grape soda, pipe tobacco and baking spices. It's a supple wine with sweet purple fruit flavours, juicy red cherry and cola. Tannins are present but polished and it has a long chocolaty/tobacco encased finish.
Decant before serving and pair with BBQ, burgers, hearty stews or hard cheeses.
