Racy, bouncy, lip-smacking.
A lovely pink with rose-gold glints and ephemeral summer aromas of strawberries and rhubarb, rose petals and tangerine segments, which are layered with forest floor and wild herbs. The palate is dry and racy, bouncy and vibrant; tart and tangy red fruits make it lip-smacking and it has good overall persistence.
Pair:Anything from salads and cheese to thin-crust pizza, salmon and pork or mushroom ravioli.


Pairs great with Gone Crackers Blue Cheese & Cracked Pepper
