Succulent, spicy, sweet.
From a single vineyard in Cawston (Similkameen Valley) this Chardy was put through secondary fermentation and lagedon lees in French and American oak (mixed use) for 10 months.
Golden in hue, toasty in character with aromas of spice and pineapple, lemon meringue and succulent roasted nuts. The palate mimics the nose, it is supple and generous with candied nuts and sweet butterscotch flavours trailing on a long slick finish.
