Zesty, potency, mouthwatering.
Expect an attractive nose of floral scented talc, citrus blossoms, crunchy white fruits and leesy/bread dough aromas. It launches with plenty of sweet fruit and citrus and culminates in grapefruit zest. Impressive potency and length with mouthwatering acidity.
Pair: Creamy chowders or pastas, grilled fish, roast chicken, smooth cheeses.
