WineDiva's Review

Covert Farms is a 650-acre, four-generations, family-owned organic farm and winery estate located just north of Oliver.
This Cabernet delivers fresh black currents and fine spice, muddles earth, leather, graphite, tealeaf and dark chocolate. It is austere and savoury with cocoa and smoked meat with liberal brown spice flavours. Balanced, it has impressive structure and power.
