Complete, spicy, aromatic.
Eight barrels made, this hand-harvested was aged 15 months in French oak barrels.
It is an outstanding Syrah from a hot vintage, which doles out smoked plums, blueberry, mocha, licorice, leather and black pepper aromas. The palate is sweet and spicy; it is juicy and elegant, fleshy, silky and decidedly complete. Fine dolce tannins round out this stunner, and it has a long and berry-flavoured finish.
