Charming, bouncy, jolly.
A rare find, outside of Italy, this fresh and unoaked Dolcetto, has a jolly purple hue and brims with juicy cherries, dried botanical, vanilla, hibiscus and has grapey undertones. The palate is equally bouncy; high-toned fruit and fine chalky tannins dominate the palate.
It is a charming red and great for summer when chilled.

White Meat Chicken/Pork, Italian Food, First Date, Cheese - Soft/Creamy, French Food
