Plush, muscular, toasted.
The reserve range of Mission Hill's wines are fruit-forward and opulently-scented in style overall. The Merlot offers dusty plums, mocha, toasted brown spices, vanilla and oak aromas. The palate is more muscular in style, medium-full bodied and firm with a bitter espresso tone and toasted finish.Pair: Camembert cheese and rich tomato based pastas, roasted meats.
