NEW, fresh, fizzy.
Made from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Muller Thurgau (60/30/10) and produced in the charmat method (second fermentation in autoclave (a la Prosecco) this fresh bubbly delivers, pristine white fruits, spring flowers, sweet citrus and faint mineral tones. The palate is juicy, the fruit expressive. A nice fizzy alternative to your favourite Prosecco.
