New, outstanding, pristine.
The three new additions to Township 7's revived sparkling portfolio are simply outstanding.
This one, a blanc de blanc, made entirely from Chardonnay (sourced from estate vineyards in Oliver and Naramata) was left en tirage for 18 months to add complexity. 596 bottles were made.
It’s an outstanding example, with smokey notes woven with pristine yellow apples, star fruit, oyster shells and beeswax. It has a fine persistent bead, impressive heft and creamy concentration along with pristine fruit and a razor sharp and lengthy finish.
