Elegant, finesse, precise.
Made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this exceptional fizz was aged on lees for six and one-half years to enhance complexity then disgorged prior to release in August 2017.
Classic styling, precise and complex with patisserie aromas layered with golden fruit, bread dough and oyster shell. It has a creamy, developed palate; it is luscious and complex, has a nervy character and super-fine bead.
Top of the line for Canadian sparklers; superb finesse.
