Dry, lip-smacking, savoury.
A revelation of strawberry compote, wild forest berries, mixed spices, tobacco and a spritz of tangerine, this dry rose offers great balance and structure in a stylish package. No confectionery, dessert-in-a-glass version here, it's lip-smacking and has an appealing savoury backbone.
Pair: Picnic fare, spicy dishes, grilled sausage, cheese and tapas platters...
