Another delicious vintage of the Plume, a combined effort between the Zepponi family of Napa Valley and the Stewart family of Quails' Gate in the Okanagan Valley.
The aromas are black currents, brown spices, dusty plums, leather, espresso, roasted carob and a dollop of raspberry jam. The palate is equally rich and dark with plenty of juicy berry fruit to keep it bright. Roasted mocha and chocolate cake is layered with spice flavours. A hearty red with very good persistence.
