Classic, fragrant, lovely.
Fort Berens' estate Pinot Noir delivers notes of raspberry and cherry, violets, saddle leather, tea leaf brown spices and white pepper. The palate follows suit, it's a pretty wine with classic pinosity and lovely purity and balance. A long finish trails fine spice and tobacco. Wonderful.
Pair with pork belly, salmon, mushroom ravioli and roasted beet salads.
