Stylish, pretty, silky.
Quails' Gate continues to produce some of British Columbia and Canada's best Pinot Noir. Their premium Family Reserve is consistently fragrant; pretty raspberry, cherry and violets are woven with star anise, tealeaf, leather and rainforest floor. The palate is equally so; silky and finer-boned the fruit is buoyant and laced with fine spice and tealeaf.
Stylish with good persistence.
Pair: Salmon, pork or earthy dishes such as roasted beets, mushroom risotto or squash ravioli.
