Made from Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah this statuesque pink comes from east Osoyoos. It is a winery only release but I got my hands on a bottle during a trip to Kelowna earlier in the spring.
The palest Provence-pink with rose petals, red summer berries, spice, cedar and orange blossom aromas. It has a kiss of sweetness, great balance and finesse and is deftly woven into an elegant rose. Nicely weighted, dry and it has a soft fruity finish that lingers.
As a side note, it's great with jalapeno potato chips, IMHO.
